Everyday Sushi Bowls (Quarantine-Friendly)

I love any variety of rice bowl, and this is my version for everyday sushi without sashimi-grade fish. Some days I get tired of cooking so these kind of make-ahead recipes that add variety are nice, and let me keep painting during my daughter's naps!

It can be vegan, vegetarian, or pescatarian, depending on what you feel like! I love all 3.
It checks off all the boxes of my recipe criteria these days. I hope you enjoy it!

  • Balanced with option to add lots of veggies

  • Toddler can eat it independently

  • Possible to prep ahead or here and there when I get a chance

  • Delicious and varied so I don’t get bored
